College and Hospital Information
- The College and Hospital are located at Katraj Dhankawadi educational Campus of Bharati Vidyapeeth in city of Pune, Maharashtra.
- Established in 1990, the college is a premier institution recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the Ministry of Ayush Gov. of India.
- It is a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), accredited with NAAC A++ grade.
- The college offers BAMS, MD/MS, Ph.D., and UG Diploma programs, supported by a 336-bedded NABH-accredited Bharati Ayurved Hospital, modern academic infrastructure, and a strong research ecosystem.

Candidates are strongly advised to regularly visit both, the College website and AACCC website, as the counseling schedule, rules, guidelines, seat matrix, reporting instructions, and other admission-related procedures may be updated by the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) from time to time, particularly during different rounds of counselling.

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) — Ayurvedacharya admissions
Candidates must:
- Have passed the 12th (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
- Have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2026. (No upper age limit)
- Qualify NEET (UG) 2026 (applicable to Indian and NRI candidates).
Admissions are conducted only through the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, New Delhi.
All admissions are based on the NEET (UG) merit list.
- Qualify NEET (UG) 2026.
- Register for AACCC Counseling under the Deemed University category.
- Give first preference to the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), i.e. B.V.D.U. College of Ayurved, Pune, Maharashtra 411043 (College code: 900204) during the choice-filling process.
- Complete the admission process as per the Counseling schedule and Guidelines (issued from time to time) by the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, New Delhi.
M.D./ M.S. (Ayurveda) Admissions
Candidates must:
- Have passed the BAMS with all subjects of all years and must have completed one year internship (on or before 31.10.2026)
- Qualify AIAPGET (PG) 2026
- Qualify AIAPGET 2026.
- Register under the Deemed University category on the AACCC portal.
- Give first preference to the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), i.e. B.V.D.U. College of Ayurved, Pune, Maharashtra 411043 (College code: 700204), Pune during the choice-filling process.
- Complete the admission process as per the Counseling Schedule and Guidelines issued (from time to time) by the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi.
PhD (Ayurved Varidhi) admissions
- Last date for receiving the duly completed online application form (up to 5:00 PM) – 30 June 2026
- Common Entrance Test (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM) – 5 July 2026
- Declaration of the written test result – 20 July 2026
- Interviews – 3, 4 & 5 August 2026
- Declaration of the final result – 10 August 2026
- Commencement of Ph.D. coursework – 1 September 2026
Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (D.N.Y.S.) admissions
